Before sending out a case, please make sure that all impressions, bites, or any other items that have been in the patient's mouth have been disinfected and placed in a sealed bag. 

Call our office for pickups in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

If you are outside the Twin Cities area, send a case via your preferred method, or contact us for a prepaid UPS label.
